1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders or unexpected delays, we will notify you by email.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following delivery options:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (within EU)
- International Shipping: 7–14 business days (outside EU)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery address
- Weight/size of the order
- Selected shipping method
Any applicable customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if available).
Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update.
5. Delivery Address
Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for:
- Missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Additional fees for address corrections
- Lost packages caused by carrier errors once the package is marked as delivered
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost:
- Check tracking information.
- Contact the carrier directly.
- If unresolved, contact us at info@boostoxygen.com and we will assist you.
We will open an investigation with the carrier if needed.
7. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item
- Contact us within 48 hours at info@boostoxygen.com
We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
8. Undeliverable Orders / Returned-to-Sender
Packages that are returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address
- Failure to collect
- Refusal to accept delivery
may incur additional reshipping fees. Refunds (if applicable) will be issued minus original shipping costs.
