Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason, starting from the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) receives the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To withdraw from the purchase, you must notify us clearly within the 14-day withdrawal period.

Return Conditions

After notifying us of your withdrawal:

• You must return the goods to us within 14 days from the day you informed us of your decision.
• Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging (where applicable).
• You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we state otherwise.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods:

• We will refund you within 14 days.
• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
• We may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or until you provide proof of returning them—whichever comes first.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

You cannot withdraw from purchases of:

• Sealed items that were unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
• Custom-made or personalized products.
• Digital content (downloads) once the download or streaming has started, if you agreed to this at checkout.
